Outstanding hand-painted production pan cel setup of Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, and Grandpa Lou Pickles II on a hand-painted Key Master production background. Nice 4"-9" images on the approximately 25" x 11" pan. This is from the long-running hit Nickelodeon TV series that launched three animated feature films as well. Very rare to find Rugrats full production cel setups complete with the original master background, let along a panoramic one like this.
